James Cappola has been a certified personal trainer and nutrition coach for over 18 years. Being an overweight kid and transforming his life, this has always been his passion from a young age. James went from having lunch with his phys-ed teachers in high school to pick their brains, to getting his bachelors in exercise science from Manhattan College.
He received his first certification the week after graduation and quickly became the top trainer at this local gym in Monroe, NY. Hungry to grow more, he moved to NYC and worked his way up to managing 2 different clubs in Manhattan.
During this time, he was battling his own demons with body dysmorphia and toxic diet culture that is rampant in the fitness industry.
He finally reached a point where he realized that fitness was not meant for you to feel miserable and depleted. He finally took matters into his own hands and broke through the wall of toxic fitness culture, leading him to his mission to teach others to reach the same level of peace and to drown out all the BS distractions that aren't serving you.

Erica Villani Cappola has been a certified personal trainer and nutrition coach for 12 years. She's a unique breed in the fitness space, also holding her BFA in musical theatre with a double minor in psychology and dance.
A creative at heart, she came to fitness to discover the secrets to getting "the perfect body" for her acting career but fell in love with strength training, mobility, nutrition, the psychology behind behavior change, and helping others unleash their true potential beyond their wildest dreams.
Growing up in dance classes and the theatre world meant battling with pressures of her body image tied to her career success.
Learning how to train and fuel her body from a place of intention, skill, and love was a major part of her healing process. This ultimately shaped her into a skilled, creative, and nurturing coach on a mission to help others do the same.
